In our rapidly changing world, standing still can be detrimental to the growth of any business. So our executive team packed lunch and a change of clothes and piled onto a coach for fun yet challenging day of team building and development at the picturesque Rookery Hall, Nantwich.
Any typical team building day would consist of some classroom work, a couple of activities and maybe a discussion to end. But that’s not how we roll at ActiveWin. Thanks to the guys at Chillisauce, our Executive Team were exposed to a day of physical contests which pushed us to the brink of mental and physical strength.
With human table football, giant sumo wrestling suits and human hamster wheels, the group were put through their paces with teamwork at the forefront of all tasks. However, despite navigating successfully through these challenges, the pièce de résistance was yet to come – a full scale, an inflatable, obstacle course in real ‘It’s a Knockout’ style.
Once everyone had a minute to catch their breath and freshen up, it was time to recharge and relax at The Merlin, Alderley Edge, the perfect end to an exhausting day.
